Home Health Services are available for people of all ages and medical situations. This service provides skilled nursing and therapy to patients who are homebound and meet the required level of care in the comfort of one’s home.
Criteria treatment for patient care:
- Are under the care of a physician who orders home care
- Lives in our service area with a home environment suitable for patient care needs
- Able to care for basic needs or have a caregiver
- Have suffered an injury or illness that requires additional treatment
- Have a medical condition that needs frequent assessments, such as diabetes, stroke, heart or lung disease, or a chronic disease like multiple sclerosis
